The kitchen features corian counter tops, a ceramic smooth surface stove with oven, large microwave range hood, side by side refrigerator with icemaker. In addition, small appliances provided include: a kitchenaid mixer, rotisserie, bread machine, toaster, coffee maker, milk shake maker, and juicer. The kitchen is fully stocked with drinkware, silverware, dishes and pots and pans. The large dining table accommodates 8 people. A high chair is also provided.

The house features central heat and a/c. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room. The full sized washer and dryer are located on the second level. The house has 5 TV's; the 65" wide screen HDTV is located in the living room downstairs. The other TVs are located in the pool room, in both of the second level bedrooms, and in the third level bedroom. There are two VCRs and four DVDs. The Nintendo Game Cube (with games and one controller) is located in the second level twin bedroom. The house provides a large selection of books and a large DVD library. Cable and Satellite programming is offered.

In addition, the house provides: telephones, alarm clocks, board games, outlet covers, a porta crib, beach chairs, 4 bicycles, 2 clam rakes, hammock, stainless steel gas grill, and a fish cleaning bench.

All linens are provided including the pool towels.

No pets. No smoking. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 3-4 vehicles.

The 12X20 HEATED INDOOR POOL ranges in depth from 3' to 5'. For the safety of small children, there is an alarm on the door from the kitchen to the pool room, and an installed "Pool Gurad" pool alarm. This home attempts to keep the pool heated at a comfortable temperature all year, though when outdoor temperatures fall below 45 degrees, the pool heater will not operate.
